To keep the account secure, I have a suggestion. The suggestion is to lock Gmail changes for the first 30 minutes after logging in the account each time. So it will give the account owner time to change the Gmail and password before a hacker does, as a hacker needs to log in to change the email. Also, I don't know if clicking a link can bypass 2FA verification, so if it can, I think it would be better to add another 2FA using the Authenticator app. And this 3rd layer of security would appear after 5 min of log in into account. So, I think this way, bypassing the password and 2Fa can be restricted by the 3rd layer. So, Let me know how is my suggestion.

I think adding a "remind me" option could help avoid a lot of work every time you log in each day. Many people click the link without realizing it, so I suggested this to help prevent hacking.

The suggestion is good but a lot of work to sign in and out many times during the day.
The best way to avoid the hackers is to NOT click on links posted in the rooms or in your messages unless you know for sure who they are coming from. Hackers love to steal your account via a link.
