Last week, my main account was disabled, and I was given this reason:
“The reason for this action is due to activity on the account that strongly resembled the use of automated tools or "bots." Bots are programs or scripts that interact with the platform without human involvement. ”
I’ve never once used bots or tools and have never had any intention to. In fact, I frequently report the hordes of bots and scam artists. I’ve contacted support, who have been slow to reply and utterly unhelpful, giving me the same canned responses even when I tell them I want this appealed because it’s completely unacceptable for them to punish me for something I’ve never done.
So, does anyone know what steps I can take to get this corrected? I’ve tried replying to the tickets saying I want the case escalated, but they won’t reply to this.

What’s the point of investing in IMVU with purchases and subscriptions when they can just delete your account for false reasons with absolutely no accountability on their part to get it reversed?

Unfortunately after learning from understanding that they can’t give account back as it final . Would have to Start over and try your best to build it to get back to normal .

“Please know that your account underwent thorough research before reaching this decision. This decision is final and can no longer be appealed.”
I just can’t accept that they can’t actually reverse this, they made a mistake and I lost everything because of it. Is there any way for me to contact a supervisor?

Here’s something they said today
“We do feel your eagerness in getting your account back. However, due to a long period of inactivity the account is banned permanently and no longer reactivated.”
I created that account last year, used it constantly all year until they banned it last week. This is the level of support I’m having to deal with. I don’t know what to do unless they get a supervisor to review it.

I just got my first reply to my request and it was the same message I’ve gotten repeatedly since this started last week and no acknowledgment of my request for a supervisor.
