Why do VIPs never seem to get in trouble regardless of how often they get reported for abusing others?

Well, you are on a VERY public site that allows ANYONE to join. Apparently, after reading so many complaints here about the same thing, this is the new way for people to bully these days. IMVU has no idea what kind of person they are allowing to join IMVU. Nobody would be honest if they were asked if they were a bully or not.
ONLY YOU can avoid a bully. You don't have to associate with them or hang around them. You don't have to be in the same room with them if you know that's what they're doing. And if you feel you are being bullied then report them. Flag the account and their conversation. IMVU has no way of knowing who a real bully is without reports. This is an open website...open to anyone. You need to be prepared for that when you join.
