I have an old IMVU account that I created about 10 years ago using Facebook login.
I would like to recover access to my account and change the login method to email and password.
The email address linked to my account is a BOL email, but I cannot access its inbox because BOL requires a paid subscription to reactivate it. I have recovered the BOL account itself, but I cannot receive emails there.
I can still access my Facebook account, which I originally used to log in to IMVU.
Could you please help me recover my IMVU account and update the email address associated with it so I can create a password and log in normally?
My IMVU username is: MelissaDeRitaAlmerao

Hi! For general login issues, follow the official article and first review access to the email linked to your account. If you still cannot log in after the initial checks, open a ticket for assistance. I cannot log in!: http://im.vu/help419
