App is not working properly after update

We can’t see that we are online I can only see my friends are online in friends tab if I go to my messages or my page or they page it doesn’t show we online and when I invited my friend earlier we was invincible we couldn’t see each other in my room i deleted the app multiple time still the issue hasn’t been fixed

Yeah idk what happened to app after I updated it I been experiencing this it still not showing me my friend online when umm go to my messages or there profile on the app

I did I have a ticket open and im not the only experiencing this my husband also couldn’t see me online yesterday on the app and my online was on we can only see each other online in our friends tab or yu going from pc or website on your phone the app is glitched or corrupted from the new update
