If you’re new to IMVU, I wanted to share a few simple tips that can help you keep your account safe.
• Never give your password to anyone, even if they claim to be able to help with your account.
• Be careful with links or messages from people you don’t know.
• Avoid sharing personal information such as your email address, phone number, or payment details publicly.
• If someone makes you uncomfortable or harasses you, you can use the Block and Report options instead of engaging with them.
• If you have an account-related problem, it’s best to contact IMVU Support rather than relying on another user to fix it.
• If you think your account may have been compromised, act quickly and contact Support for help.
Most importantly, don’t feel pressured to share information you’re not comfortable sharing. Staying cautious online can prevent a lot of problems.
Hope these tips help, especially if you’re new to the Community!

People are also being pressured to show their real pictures, you DO NOT HAVE TO SHOW THE REAL YOU. This is imvu a VIRTUAL WORLD. They gonna say that your ugly etc for not showing your real pics but let people say what they want. There is a lot of weirdos on here, please protect your identity as much as you can.
