I’m just scared cause I didn’t want to pay the hacker and the person put my other email disabled and it says it will be disabled in 30 days so I really need the help but if it takes a few days I can wait

If you've made a help ticket, it generally takes 5 to 7 business days to get a reply. Plus, this is a holiday weekend. Their schedule may be altered for that.
People have posted in Forums and everywhere else Do Not Click any links that are posted in rooms. Even if you know the person posting the link. They may have been hacked also. NEVER click links!

I have made a ticket but no replies the hacker also put my account on disabled so I can’t get into it at all and it says in 30 days it will be deleted
