Music Playlists No Longer Active

Hey everyone, has anyone noticed you can't access music playlists anymore? Is IMVU going to refund us for all the music they accepted payment for and now we can't access it? I spent A LOT of credits to buy hundreds of songs. 


I submitted a service ticket inquiring about it and this was IMVU's response:

"Thank you for contacting IMVU Support. I understand this is not the best experience for you. I'm Cristine, and let me assist you.
I understand how important music is to your room, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience this update may have caused.
IMVU’s music service in Classic is provided by Vervelife, and they’ve decided to discontinue their service. Since it’s managed externally, this change is outside of IMVU’s control.
Sadly, music purchases are already disabled, but radio streaming is still available on Web, Desktop, and Mobile. Our team is also exploring alternative solutions, and eligible users will receive refunds for recent purchases.
Kindly check your inbox for the message concerning the refund, provided if you are eligible.
Once more, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
