I have been a loyal IMVU user for over 14 years, and during that time I spent a significant amount of money purchasing music and other content for my account.
Recently, I discovered that all of the music I purchased over the years is gone. This is extremely upsetting and disappointing because I invested both money and time into building my account and my music collection.
My IMVU username/display name is: LaylaMonaeeHart
I am requesting a full review of my account purchase history regarding my music purchases. I would like my purchased music restored if possible. If restoration is not possible, I am respectfully requesting information about a refund or account credit for the music I paid for over the years and no longer have access to.
I have been part of the IMVU community for a very long time, and I’m hoping this can be reviewed fairly. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible.
