I am submitting a formal appeal regarding the temporary 3-day suspension applied to my account.
My account holds both Access Pass (AP) and Age Verification status, which qualifies it for adult-oriented content within the platform’s allowed areas and guidelines. Because of this, I believed the image I posted was within the scope permitted for verified adult accounts.
I respect IMVU’s Community Guidelines and I make a consistent effort to ensure that my activity on the platform aligns with the permissions granted to AP and Age Verified users. For that reason, I would sincerely appreciate a manual review of the moderation decision, as the content was shared under the assumption that my account privileges allowed this type of material.
If the post was flagged due to a misunderstanding or automated moderation system, I am fully willing to remove or adjust the content to ensure compliance in the future. As a long-time user who values the platform and respects its policies, I kindly request a reconsideration of the temporary restriction and ask if it would be possible to suspend or reduce the suspension period after the review.
