Hi guys, i can’t join my room it is not there on my mobile and on desktop it says they are closed, i have tried to open them but it wont work for me, i think its because i was VIP and had my room on public and then cancelled my VIP so im thinking thats why its closed but has this happened to anyone else before or is there anything i can do to help?

Hello, @Princesstings lf your vip is completely removed . That’s means you don’t have available public room to have access from vip.
