Hello I was just reaching out because I’m am having a problem purchasing credits now for my account and I’m not too sure what the issue is if you could please help understand the issues so we can resolve the problem I would really appreciate it. If there is things I need to send off please let me know as well thank you.

I totally understand. This happens to me too! In that case, you just need to contact customer support, confirm some information, and they'll quickly approve your purchase. =)

I always make my purchase through online never in app and this is the first time it has happened.

Hello! If credits or upgrades were purchased through the IMVU mobile app, any issues related to the purchase must be handled directly with the Google Play Store or the App Store (iTunes), as IMVU does not have control over transactions made through app stores.
Purchases made directly on the IMVU website (Next) may temporarily appear as pending orders, which is part of a security measure. You can check for pending orders using the link below:
