I recently submitted a ticket to IMVU with my complaint concern

misrepresentation of services, undisclosed conditions after payment, inappropriate request for account access, and refusal to refund despite no services rendered. They responded with a link to all of the forums all of the discussions all of the topics nothing specifically where I can just chat because they disable the chat support and explain to them what has just transpired between a creator and myself evolving me spending 12,500 vehicles to pay for service services that was never rendered.

Hello! First of all, I am sorry for what happened. Please note that transactions between users including payments made with VCOINs, Credits, or other virtual currency for services are completed at the user’s own risk. IMVU does not act as an intermediary in users agréments and transactions and therefore does not guarantee the delivery of services offered by other members.


Because this was a direct transaction between users, IMVU is not able to issue refunds or reverse VCOINs or Credits if the service was not delivered as promised.
