I did not authorize this.” the submit a ticket doesn't work because it just brings you back to the beginning. the life chat doesn't work either because for starters there is no one available and it won't take the word harassment. so you are left no where except with imvu telling you to go hermit mode and hope and pray they leave you alone.. further more as a VIP memeber and paying my dues to stay on this website I find that this website does not care about their paying subscribers and the ask a moderator about helping you .. you can forget about that because they don't even answer your messages. I can't express how frustrating all of this has been . the Abusers get away with murder while the rest of us have to disable ourselves and our accounts . it's not fair and not right by any standard.. this needs to be looked at carefully.. I need help .. these things shouldn't be allowed to go on.

#1.) There Is Very Little The Staff Can Do. #2.) Your The Only One Who Can Do Something. (Private Account / Block User / Only Ur Friends Allowed)
Beyond This, There Isn't Much That Can Be Done On Any Website About This, Most Just Don't Tell You This, Because It's Pretty Self Explanatory.
However, In Your Particular Case, There Is Not Much That Can Be Done, Because This Is A Non-Digital Life Matter.
On The Other Hand?
There Are Types Of Harassment Abuse, The Staff Used To Deal With, & Do Not Deal With Anymore, & They Are Indeed Able To Handle Them, & They Just Simply Don't, Because You Are Right About 1 Thing.
People will just keep quitting imvu since we as victims are not getting the help that we need.
The Whole Victim Hood Thing, Seems To Be A Frequent Topic, That Is Rising On The Internet Lately, & Not Taken Seriously At All, :(
Thankfully, As A Shop Owner, Creator, & Also As A User, I Won't Bring That To My Shop, Nor To Other Users.
Hopefully, I Was Able To Help Even A Slightest Bit, & I Only Wish I Had A Better Answer To Provide.
The Issue Is, Rules Online Just Don't Apply Like They Do In Public Towns Where People Live, Socializing Also Doesn't Work The Same Way, Either, It's Actually Much More Difficult To Provide Security Around A Digital Product, Because It Can Be Difficult To Hold A Structure Around...
That's Why It's Important For Staff To Run A Clean & Welcoming Service...
Because If They Break It At Any Time? --- It's Extremely Unlikely They Can Reverse Permanent Damages ----- Their EGO Would Guilt Trip Until They Bottom Out The Product Into Ruins ----- Bouncing Back Is Almost Impossible Once The Staff Turn On Users
Being Respectful & Welcoming Is Required To Keep That From Happening, & Without It, You Just Have A Disaster, o___O

People will just keep quitting imvu since we as victims are not getting the help that we need. They want to keep typing their default message about flagging/reporting like a broken record. Don't waste your time reporting, new accounts can easily be made to continue on with their harassment :). It's 2026 and the bullying/harassment is still HEAVY on here.
