hello I only do this to make tickets for my products
but I would like to know how to contact the staff directly it becomes tiring 'the tickets'

@Lkia The only way to actually speak to a list support agent is if you have VIP, they offer a Support Chat, OR you can call them:
You can contact Customer Service through phone support from 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time (PT).

Hello, if you’re vip, be sure to log in your imvu account . you should be able to see “chat with us!” It down on your right side .
