Hello I bought AV+AP bundle and the only thing that shows up is the AV. I can't submit a ticket because it doesn't allow me to choose the specific topic that I am looking for to get some help and I also bought a Gold VIP to talk to customer support online, but now I can't find it.

I had to log out and login again because for some reason I'm on PC and I don't know if it works differently from your side rather you're using PC as well or mobile but it wasn't showing the "Chat with us!" but I got it now. I wish someone would've just told me to do that the first time instead of me struggling even with asking for some help.

You have to be sure to log in first . And they are open right now from 9am-6pm pst

I can't do live support because my "Chat with us!" isn't showing up on my screen. It was at first, but when I was trying to do live chat I was told that only VIP members can have that access, I purchased Gold VIP, but now "Chat with us!" is not showing up as you can see...

Hello, @Kara698218 You can pick “ general support “. Then “ other “ And then explain to them . 


Or for live chat it’s open Tuesday to Saturday around 9am - 6pm pst. Be sure to log in to be able to see the live chat .
