IMVU put a hold on my account on dec 5th i got it back dec 17th said all was correct and it was fixed i did everything they ask me 2 do now they did it again on the 31st of dec ban my account 4 1 day now its on hold again since the 1st of jan i did all they ask again now they still will not fix my account 1st said prove who i am i did that now its a credit card issure i have used my step moms credit card since i open my account 8 years ago this month imvu had no problem with it ive used my ex boyfriends and also imvu cards threw out the 8 years and no one had a problem untill now they even took my vip offatutomaticly on the 2d of each month so why now and how can i fix it my account wasnt even fixed 4 a month before they did the exact same thing to me again after i proved everything it took me 9 days last month to get it fixed now here i am right back trying to fix it again in less than a month i need someone to help me this cant be right for them to do the same thing in less than a month ive been playing 8 years on the 25th of jan why am i getting treated like this am i being singled out please help me i dont want to loose my account ive spent alot of money and time on it.

it confused imvu support by using different credits card as it have different names on it . To protect your account so it not stolen, is why they put on hold to make sure it same owner . Would have to redo again to resolve .
