When I go to report that my credits were stolen in IMVU they want me to put a lot of personal information which I do not trust at the moment is there a telephone number I can call IMVU at?

VIP Used To Be $1 With Lasting Effects Lingering After Quitting,
If Continued It Would Grant Up To $15 A Month Or Something, Or Yearly...

Today's VIP Grants You Of Nothing Useful For An IMVU Experience,
& Most Of What Your Granted Is For A More YouTube Like Experience,
Which Is Not What IMVU Is, & It's Just Weird Your Granted That At All,
& It Costs Way More Then Before, & Your Not Given The Same Opportunity
As Before With Lasting Effects After Quitting...



After All Is Said & Done, VIP Isn't As Worth
What It Used To Be Worth In The Past...

Even If You Wanted To Flood VIP With Some Kind Of
Push To Save It, Or Something?? There Is Nothing
There Keeping The System Structurally Together,
& I Feel Quite Many Would Agree Not Buying VIP Anymore
Is A Good Reason Many Are Leaving The Service...

If AP Starts Dipping That Route, & Starts Failing People,
Then I Think It's Safe To Say That IMVU It's Self Is Having
Some Internal Problems That It Can't Escape, & Many Are Seeing
As This Is The Fault Which Is Causing Them To Jump Ship...

I Honestly After They Shut Down Phone Support,
Got The Idea That Their Platform Wasn't Trustable Anymore...

Shutting Down The Phone Lines Drew Me To The Conclusion,
That IMVU Was Coming To An End...

That's All I Have To Say:

I Am Not Really Sure How To Help Anyone Beyond That Point
Which They Still Spend Money On Here, & Are Constantly
Having Problems With Account Troubles, & Money Stolen Issues...

Do You Contact Support, Will They Ignore You,
Will They Help You, Do You Figure This Out Yourself,
Do You Constantly Complain??

I Don't Know Any Of These Answers,
& It's A Bit Concerning For Those
Who Continue To Spend Money Here, o___O

I'm Entirely Confused, Questioning, & Conflicted
On What The Overall Future Of IMVU Is, & Don't
See Any Certainty What Fact, Nor Sustainable Stable
Evidence I Have To Call 1 Or The Other Of What It's Future Is...

I Don't Even Know If Their Just Constantly Having Money Concerns, Either,
Because This Is Very Unusual For Anyone To Behave This Way Around Any Form
Of Company, Platform, Environment, Job, Or Customer Service...

It's Very Unusual, & I Can't Apply A Definitive Answer Around
Unusual Circumstances With No Certainty To Understand What Their
Mindset Is Going Through...

Last I Checked It's Against The Rules To Harm Scammers,
& Your Not Allowed To Mention Who They Are To The Staff...

Last I Checked, The Only Way To Contact IMVU Staff,
Is If You Had Something Of Value They Want...

Last I Checked, Your More Likely To Be Able To Handle A Scammer
Faster, & Better, Then The Actual Support Option With IMVU Staff
Will Grant You Any Form Of Help...

Now, Last I Checked, That's How Scams & Stolen Money Worked On IMVU,
Either It's Still The Same As Before, Or Maybe You'll Get Lucky,
& Find Out IMVU Doesn't Work That Way Anymore...

Originally, The IMVU Staff Would Grant You Your Stolen Money Back,
& Warn You Not To Get Scammed Anymore... But In-Reality, The Real
World, There Really Isn't Much Anyone Can Do About Scammers,
The Only Thing Anyone Can Do, Is Handle Money Better In Scam Cases...

What It Really Comes Down To, Is You Need To Be Warned Not To Get Scammed,
& Don't Provide Information, & Don't Give Your Money Away Stupidly Like This...

Only The User Can Prevent Scams... & That's The Truth, Is It's The User's Fault Only...
