How to become a global mod in imvu

I have been using IMVU for a while and haven't ever heard of global mods. I don't think there is something called global mods on IMVU. 

There is something called a room mod. Room mods are those folk that make sure other folk obey the rules of the room. It's not an easy job to be a mod; especially if one wants to be honest, fair and never take sides. Mods are often disliked and subject to a lot of drama by those whom wish to gain clout and popularity by challenging authority.
