My old account got banned permanently because of "payment fraud". I bought those special offer packs for new users and got refunded even tho I didn't request for any refunds. I also bought the normal pack credits. But those didn't get refunded. Only those special packs. Does anyone here know what exactly happened? Anyone here who experienced the same? I just woke up with my account banned, checked my email and saw that I got refunded without me requesting for it.
