Anyone know what other proofs I can use to show support I am the true owner of my acc. Long story short I contacted support to gift a friends shop credits since the amount was over the daily 10k limit. They look my account because I was unable to provide my registered email from 7 years ago. I dont rmr what email I had on here 7 years ago, that email is no longer on my account and has not been for a while. I advised them I have SS from 2018 of payment receipts around the time my account was created as it is as only my name on all pay transactions on this account. I may have registered my acc with a fake alt name i dont rmr. I uploaded my Id 2x once years ago just for age verification and again recently for AP+ no issues. They have not asked for any proof of ownership besides wth i registered on the acc 7 years ago or provided any resolution to the issue but give the account back to the original owner but I am the original owner and if i wasnt dont u think someone would have requested there account back by now. Like is there a way to escalate this support honestly support sucks its 2025 it should not be this hard to prove this damn account is mines.

Just Before I Moved To A New Place Recently, I Convinced 1 Of The Staff Members To Spill The Info On This, & From The Sounds Of It??
They Seem To Be Deliberately Witholding Information From Us, & Don't Want To Tell Us The Info We Need... ~__~
But What You Need Is A Document You Need To Get From The Staff, Which They Neglectfully Tell You That You Have To Fill Out In Order To Get Your Accounts Back From Being On Hold...
Further More, They Hid This From People On The Website Where They Can't Find It On Their Own, ~__~
& I Wish I Could Grant You Access To The Location Of It, But I Lost Some Of My Stuff This Weekend, & That's One Of The Things I Lost...
Basically, You Need To Request A Form That You Need To Fill Out So You Can Get Your Account Out Of Being On Hold...
At Least That's What I Was Told, It Got 2 Of My Accounts Out Of It, But I Still Haven't Been Able To Get Them Free...
You'll Need A New E-Mail For The Accounts If You Don't Have The Old E-Mails, Though...
Also, Reason For The Hold On The Account Is, That They In-Active Your Account, & When You Request It To Be Re-Active Again, The Moment You Sign-In, They Flag You All Over Again As Awkward Activity, Which They Then Ask For A Form To Be Filled Out, But They Never Ask For You To Sign The Form, Which To Me Is Why They Delete Sooo Many Accounts, & Why Their The One's Who Are At Fault For All Of These Accounts Being Harmfully Taken...
