My account was suspended, without explanation

Hello, I need help with my account.
I bought VIP a few days ago (on Thursday) and the payment was refunded yesterday even though I DID NOT request a refund. After that, when I logged into IMVU, a message appeared saying my account was suspended.
I don’t know why this happened. Can you please check what’s going on with my account? Thank you.
