For months now I have had a stalker constantly harass me by creating hundreds of accounts, and trying to add me each time; making their mobile username a message they want to send (since i have messages turned to friends only). This has been continuing for many months despite deleting my old account and creating a new one. IMVU tools lack a way to report this and IMVU support keeps spitting out pre-written responses of "Sorry we can't do anything but you should reference the harassment post!" The harassment has gone to the point of messaging everyone on my friends list and stalking me in rooms despite having location turned off.
IMVU is now unplayable as I can't join a single public room without havinng the stalker join. I can't make friends as they constantly harass them as soon as they join my friends list. And the cherry on top is the lack of action from IMVU support.
Does anyone have any tips to make support actually do something?

i also have a guy harassing me from 2 accounts and can't get ahold of imvu....i had to turn my rooms on friends only and block the 2 accounts
