I have been tryna logged back into my account and forgot the password to it my imvi account is @nae245869 my iCloud is @janae.mcbride17@icloud.com

Was told that you made many tickets and it confused imvu support . That why it giving hard time not receiving. Please be sure only use 1 ticket . And they will sorted out. Should be received ticket soon .
