Was told that you made many tickets and it confused imvu support . That why it giving hard time not receiving. Please be sure only use 1 ticket . And they will sorted out. Should be received ticket soon .

Yes, I would like a little more attention to my case today. It has been 8 days and nothing has happened so far. I just want it to be resolved quickly because I want to play. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I want to put money in my account and keep my avatar up to date, and I can't log in.
