I bought the AP/AV bundle for $19.95. I successfully verified my age but didn't receive my AP. I sent a ticket and the resolution reply was go to my dashboard. But I can't get into my dashboard because I don't have a dashboard password. I tried to reset password and they said instructions would be sent to my email. Nothing arrived there. Still have not received my AP. I'm new here and if this is normal I'm really disappointed.
