When someone expresses that they "know how to" then it seems unnecessary to help them. 

Apparently you have already established contact with the Staff of IMVU and started the process needed to accomplish your goal.  

At this time the only advice I can offer is:

1. Carefully read and to try your best to understand the instructions given to you by the Staff of IMVU. 

2. Try your best to be patient, remain calm and cool because the process will need a lot of back and forth correspondences with the Staff of IMVU. 

3. Regardless of how long it takes to get each response from the Staff of IMVU it's important to be prompt replying back with the information, self identifying data and other authentication that the Staff of IMVU tells you to submit. Know this: A case will automatically close if the IMVU user doesn't reply back within 6 to 7 days to a response from the Staff of IMVU. The allowed time to respond when corresponding back and forth might feel like there is an unfair double standard because IMVU inc are not bound by the same protocols that are required from customers.

4. Don't lose focus on your end goal and remember that IMVU Inc "Holds the long end of the stick".

5. Know and accept that the whole process of getting a hold on an account removed might take up to a few months
