Category and Sub-Category Updates: Hair and Bottoms

Over the coming days, we’ll be streamlining our Hair and Bottoms categories by merging and consolidating existing sub-categories. Any products currently in sub-categories slated for removal will be moved to the most relevant new sub-category.

After this update, you’ll be able to publish products with the new sub-categories using IMVU Classic. These updates will also be reflected in IMVU Studio, Desktop, and Mobile for all users in the coming months.

Greetings,

I'm having the same problem with the BG's that usually appear in Women's Miscellaneous. They no longer appear, making it very difficult to search for and purchase them.

I'd like to know if there's a new category for them.

I've already submitted a ticket.

I appreciate any help in this regard.

@Petrazenka The hair and bottoms are NOT being combined into one. The hair section is being resorted and the bottoms section is being resorted - separately. Not into one. Two different sections (3 if you include male bottoms). All separate. Dont panic

Lately my BG's I create although they pass peer they do not show at the catalogue either at the client and/or the mobile too. I can see them in my inventory after they pass peer but they are missing, noone can see them or buy them. The BG's are used to be published at the miscalleneous- female miscalleneouscategory. Maybe the problem is that you are changing the categories? and please let us know in which category we must publish them. I am struggling for days now with the support with multiple tickets for an answer but noone gave me an explanation as they probably they don't know either.. I would highly appreciate a response about that! Thank you in advance!

it would be helpful if the same tags we assign to our products for the shop also worked in our inventory -

I may be misunderstanding, but I believe these changes will only effect the shop and the publishing categories. I love that I can now make PJ pants and put them in sleepwear!

When folk need to find a hairstyle in their inventory then if they have to also search though all their bottoms it will take a longer time.
