If you ARE STILL unable to figure that out AFTER ALL THE YEARS you spent on this site then maybe you should file a help ticket and ask the Staff of IMVU to explain.

Oh Dear you missed the point I was trying to make. It is if these public rooms that are clearly hardcore pornographic can get a pass and be rated as GA. How is it they can swoop in and take a Item they consider to sexual for private use? I could care less about those rooms  or any other room people create. Not even at this point concerned about Items that may have been placed Illegally in the store for sale. My Issue stands firm On the rating and passing these rooms as GA  when they are pornographic.

I don't use featured or live rooms regardless what rating such rooms might have. In fact I couldn't care less about such rooms. 

I only use old school public and private rooms on the Classic Desktop App.

If someone bothers or triggers you in how they speak or dress in any type of room then you probably know if it's appropriate and how to report them. 

You are old enough and have enough experience using IMVU to figure it out and how avoid doing things that might get you in trouble.

@Petrazenka the terms are clear about what they don't want on IMVU such as a excited male organ so being sexual or to much VJ showing in Bikinis so being just a sexual position does not make that cut off when the bodies don't even fit that criteria. 

 So lets talk about IMVU GA Rating for Featured chatrooms. GA rating as they describe it means general audience, or no AP products themes or chat allowed in the room. Using classic  and going to featured chatrooms with GA and English  checked off in the search for, If you type in mmm baby come to me on page one there is a list of chatrooms hosted by a person that when you click on the room info it say in hardcore porn terms Welcome baby come "F--K" me with the F word written out. Please explain to me how that could possibly be  a GA rating room. Oh yes I got the screen shots of the rooms to back up what I say just in case they took it down. The other rooms are very suggestive as well. I did have a brief chat with support about such a rating and the response was flat we have a team for that. Really! Frankly I  don't care what kind of room a person makes for whatever reason. But I do mind when IMVU swoops in taking things bought legitimately from the store,Yet allow such hardcore pornographic rooms to go as GA rated.  I conclude these rooms may very well be testing ground for AP+ should it ever be launched to the general public but even if that is the case,  They should not be falling under GA rating under any circumstance.

Anyone with common sense and experience using this site can plainly see if a product is of a sexual nature and should know better than to purchase such UFI products even if found in the IMVU shop.

Consider yourself lucky that a warning and product deletion were the only actions taken against you.

@Petrazenka How is the consumer to know? I made my purchase in the store. I was not directed to another website to complete the sale and noting unusual occurred during the checking out process to set off a possible red flag. So just how is the unsuspecting consumer  who thinks they are making a legitimate purchase from the store to know a Item will be taken from them. Ans: They have no way to know and the langue in the letter suggesting that  a person deliberately made a black market purchase  needs to change. IMVU knows every step taken during the transaction and has knowledge  which consumer did not seek on purpose a black market Item. As for those who do well that is on them to lose out without reimbursement.

You should have known better than to purchase such products.

I had a Item taken as well and  this happen before they took with no refund and had the nerve to suggest I bought the Item off Black market. They know that is not true. My Item fk on a stool was bought from the store as was my Item single man Item. Thing is I went back in the store to check on that stool Item and there it was still for sale. They claimed it was by different creator  knowing full well creators have several accounts and publish same Item  under different names.  I have not checked on  this last Item but I tell you what. They better change the langue in those letters suggesting people are buying off the Black Market or they may find themselves on the wrong end of defamation.
