Im genuinely confused because I submitted a ticket for a hold placed on my account im guessing due to inactivity. Let the 5-7 business days go by. Gave it a month. Still no access to my account? What is the customer service team even doing?

Then I feel like the ‘wait 5-7 Business Days’ shouldn’t be promoted to users. The needs of a few matter especially when those users bring in money lol

They are probably very busy doing important things.
The needs of the many takes precedence over the needs of the few.
