How long does it take for imvu to respond to a ticket

I submitted a ticket to reactivate my account and it's been nine days but imvu still doesn't respond

Your ticket should say that it can take 5-7 days for support to respond that they have a higher volume of tickets at this time.

Besides filing a help ticket there is not much else you can do to get help.

Why did you write it can take up to 5 days for a respond from IMVU support after reading it's over 9 days since the help ticket was submitted ?

Today it's over 11 days

Hello, @Guest, it can take up to 5 days for a respond from IMVU support. If you create a new ticket then your original ticket along with any ticket created will go to the beginning and your days start over.

It's difficult to predict how long it will take to get a reply back on a help ticket.

You can always add a new comment to that help ticket stating that it's been nine days now and ask why it's taking so long.

Hopefully your account will get reactivated soon.
