Hey, I postest a Ticket 9 days ago that my Account has been placed on hold and I haven’t gotten a response yet. I can’t do any purchases after returning to imvu and it’s quite frustrating.

This account has been on hold for a while. I had to post a ticket like a month or two ago on a new account. Randomly got an email with a temporary password on 8/4/25. I'm being told the account is still on hold, can't purchase anything in the shop. Spent 5 hours in there for no reason. There's no telling when you guys will reply to this. I guess having access to the point I can finally sign in again is a plus. I got to talk to a very old friend who gave me the account. The documents you guys asked for, for proof that it is my account, I'm sure I gave you guys. Which granted me the temporary password. Email says change the PW immediately but I couldn't. This is pretty frustrating and I feel like I got excited for no reason. I don't get how I show proof, get a temp password and the account is still not fully functional. Please, somebody help me. I know y'all busy, thanks in advanced IMVU Team.
