I been trying to chat with a live agent but it keeps telling me that I need VIP and I do have VIP this is an inconvenience for me because I was billed twice and I need this fixed NOW

They Didn't Get Rid Of Their Phone Number For Online Support Tickets...

They Lied To People, & It's Just Odd That They
Took Away Their Phone Service Right As People
Started Claiming They Can't Access Their Accounts Anymore...
