@MysticSinZ I completely 100% agree with you..I have multiple tickets that are still sitting for over a year now that are not solved ...and the customer service is worse than it has ever been if that was even possible ..On top of that these live "support" agents now talk down to you like we are stupid idiots and act pompous and ignore what you tell them.Ive basically been called a liar on here by agents who tell me I am wrong what I am saying when I tell them problems I have on my account or the website in general, that it isnt possible what is happening and blame it on my computer or settings or anything under the sun they throw out when it isnt that at all,They refuse to take any responsibility and push the blame of everything they have problems with onto us, blaming it on anything posible they can make up to avoid the issue which is always on their end..They act like know it alls now and we are the stupid ones..Yes, they are right... we are actually the stupid ones because we stay loyal and stick with this complete mess of a website and the way they treat us. They treat all of us like ignored garbage.its a shame what this website has become..it really is, and they dont care one bit.Either they are in denial what is actually going on and how this website is sinking fast or they know it and at this point just dont give a damn one bit that its dying..This website is dead now......Ive never seen the numbers so low on the people signing onto the site now and Ive never seen the overall morale of all of us so low..They have just beaten us down with what they do to us, how they ignore us and never fix anything and yet they continue to take our money because we are stupid enough to think things will ever change here when its obvious its only getting worse.We are basically throwing our hard earned money down the drain paying for this broken mess..They had the nerve to increase the prices even to give us less..Phone support is now gone,the live chat is closed an extra 2 days a week now, the agents are clueless and of no help and never know anything and the technicians are totally incompetent and never fix a thing while they just make us wait and wait endlessly with their copy and pasted scripted answers back to us, hoping we finally just give up and go away..Well guess what IMVU, people are going away,,,they are going away for good..Everyone is quitting and not coming back..check your numbers and reviews and wake up..Open your eyes and see what has happened and what is still happening..You are sinking and sinking fast.....or do you even care???

Customer support is a non existant here now. IMVU is the worst it has ever been!
Tickets just sit unanswered. I rarely come here now, give up on creating, why help IMVU make money when they cant even respect the fact I pay for VIP and they refuse to answer tickets. Ticket in going on 5 days now, lets see how long it sits there this time.
Only reason i pay for VIP is to earn money because my grandfathered in status is not being honered here. I am leaning more toward just selling textures on Sellfy and canceling my VIP here, then making textures only for Second Life, which is where majority of people are going too now.

This is the WORST Customer support help by far of any on the entire world wide web for anything, let alone a pay website...TOTAL INCOMPETENCE AND THEY IGNORE US..THATS WHY WE ARE ALL LEAVING FOR GOOD...HOW MUCH ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KEEP TAKING OF THIS??? THEY TREAT US LIKE GARBAGE...

Well I am not sure if there is any support what so ever. I have submitted two tickets in the past there has not been a single response from support, today I have submitted another ticket, not sure if this will be answered at all. I am not sure what happens to credits when you genuine earn doing the task. I paid the source and did what was required but no response from support.

Phone support will be discontinued that is crazy that you no longer are able to speak with a human yet alone you need to buy vip in otder to chat with someone or you put in a ticket and wait foor several days to get a reply and then who knows it could very well be ai After many years here since the beginning i have watched vu go from being a good place to its self destruction only a matter of time it will be gone sad that all who have worked to make ut great have left and those of us who stayed are treated like children.

I sent in a help ticket a week ago and have not had an answer, except for the original message that they send to say that they have received it . included in that message it says not to send any further messages until you hear from someone . so you send in a ticket for help but they ask not to send any more messages to find out why they are not answering . this is very strange to me . I just want to renew my VIP membership and I would just do that right now, except for the fact that I keep reading the IMVU will be shutting down . I sure wish that I could find some information.

This way imvu doesnt have to answer anything they send us here only for the mods to remove it and then we are given another link to a help link that doesnt work and not that took down the phone line and so where are we? No where there is nothing we can do does take their stuff or leave any let them have our caddy for they keep it and let other dev off our meshes!!! So its a Win Win for IMVU and we get to guess how we come out of this!

My Platinum VIP expired and I sent in a help ticket to ask a question about it, but have not yet receive a reply . the last two years I purchased Platinum VIP yearly for $75.00 and I wanted to know if that promotion is still active so that I can renew my Platinum VIP for $75.00, or do I now have to pay $99.99 . I renewed the last 2 years over the phone . why in the world would that option no longer be valid is beyond me.

Im still waiting on them to respond on how to use my 2 $50 gift cards to buy VIP..I used to do it in 2 minutes by phone or the live chat...now there are no more phones and they closed the live chat 2 days a week and we cant even use that because our VIP memberships ran out...These tickets and complaints are on these community boards are not even read by them.....we are completely ignored and this is exactly why they are losing all of their customers for good...The way they treat us like garbage and just abuse us over and over and over again.. How much are we all supposed to keep taking of this before we just give up????...Its a shame what they have done to once was a great website but people can only be disrespected and treated like trash and ignored for a certain amount of time before we just all say..."Thats it for me... enoughs enough !!!"

A friend spoke with the IMVU agents through live chat and they didn't want to sell him
a 4-month VIP Diamond with the IMVU prepaid card as a gift for me. The hard way is they want me to buy it
with cash, but I wonder, I paid for that card with American cash and it wasn't valid? Why
do they sell them if now they don't want to sell us the VIP through live chat and the
agent told my friend that I should buy the platinum, meaning she tells me which VIP I have
to have? IMVU is in decline, we are the ones who give them dividends and now they have the luxury of not selling us the VIP with an IMVU prepaid card. Could someone help me?
I can't buy my VIP on the page, if I did, it would only give me 2 months for the $50 card,
for that reason an agent would have to convert it into VIP and they don't want to help me,
please HELP!!!! This is how I've been doing it for the last 10 years by phone and live chat but now they don't wanna sale it to me with the IMVIU prepaid card and they don't even let my friends buy it for me as a gift. @xLaNena203Enkil Same exact thing is happening to me right now...and its almost 2 weeks and they still have not replied back to me...Im chasing them to try to pay them for my VIP renewal with my 2 IMVU gift cards..I even gave them the gift card numbers and everything and have heard nothing...We now have to chase them to try to pay them..how insane is this now???? They have made everything worse and more difficult and continue to do so ....No phone support and no way to contact them by chat and we have to depend on this rediculous ticket method which they take forever to answer...Like we have nothing to do but wait for them..This is why they are losing all their customers and they arent coming back..who needs this aggravation and stress? This is the worst customer service I have ever seen...and they made the worst even more worse if you could believe that...

It's very frustrating everything that's happening with IMVU,
I have been waiting for a response from an IMVU agent for the tickets since my VIP was going to expire and I always buy my VIP with an IMVU prepaid Card. Well, it's more convenient, nobody has answered me and my VIP expired yesterday, they didn't even wait until 12 midnight to remove it, in the morning they removed it and I didn't have time to speak with an agent in the live chat, by phone it's not even worth mentioning since there is no telephone help anymore, so I wonder, How can I buy my VIP with the prepaid card if I can't speak with an agent because they removed the VIP 20 hours before it expired? I need you to respond to my ticket. I need to buy the VIP with a prepaid IMVU card. Could you contact me please? Or put back my VIP that hadn't expired yet at that moment, as it was 20 hours away from expiring--That I can at least open live chat and buy the new VIP? I need VIP to keep my store open.
