Did not receive my credit for complete a offer. I contact this support but they said I didn't show the day I sent the wrong screenshot so they didn't give me the credits.
Ask imvu can you sent a picture that you’re trying to show them . The option is not there .

I can't send another request through their website.Because they denied it the first time.Because I sent the wrong screenshot so now it won't let me request customer service again.That is why I submitted a ticket through here

Hello, in your 2nd screenshot you have contacted imvu you said ? you can reply the ticket again to sent them the screenshot correctly . Snd explain to them the best you can do . Ticket may take 5-7 days response .
