So i sent in a ticket for my account 14 days ago. It's still on hold. I finally got a respond and after reading in the forums I've learned dit takes 1-5 days for EACH response. Just to be real it took 13 DAYS before I even got a single respond. So I am beyond frustrated.
Has anyone actually gotten help with this problem or ?

I know it pushes it down i know they have their processes to do but for an issue made by inactivity it is quite weird it would take 19 days to fix it. It is also very annoying that if life happens and you are inactiv for a set amount of time they put a hold on your account even if nothing has been done with it for that amount of time showing there's no suspicious activity with it.
So I do know it will take time, but after waiting 14 days for a respond and then having to wait 5 more days it is frustrating especially when I see Noone actually get help with their problems

they do process to investigate your issue. That why it take times also it does push down the ticket when you reply . Others users too . Don’t worry they will reply .

I know but that'll mean i have to have waited 19 days to even get some resolutions to it. How is that effective? Like why møt put one person on a problem then solve it as fast as possible before moving to next one instead they have idk 100 cases to do at the same time? One issue as small as an account on hold wouldn't take 19 days to fix any other place so why does it here?

It's not been 5 days yet, but I would like to know if it's even going to be fixed because reading everyone never getting it resolved has me questioning the possibility to have my account not on hold. After all I've waited for 2 weeks only for a respond and now I have to wait for almost an entire new week to get more help? Idk how that is effective and after spending money on my account the past 6 years id love to have my account back without it being on hold.
