I have purchased a AP+ but said there was problem with order and to try again money has come out of my account so as been paid for so why is it not working has anyone else had the same problem?

It between you and imvu privately. Try your best to communicate with imvu until it resolve .

I sent the photo but since I don't have the document because it's in storage, I hope you can please unlock my money.
