It has been 17 days since I filed a support ticket about my account being on hold (#406122) and 11 days since I’ve gotten another response back. It still says waiting on agent and I’ve sent my information in when requested 11 days ago. (This is also my third time trying to post a forum and it’s not posting)

Same here :( idk what’s going on with imvu it’s states ticket replies take 1-5 days none vip so I don’t know what’s going on …. Did they get back to you ?
