I submitted a ticket using a disabled accounts email id as in like the area where it asks for email id when submitting a ticket in both space I put the disabled accounts id so now not being able to view the ticket as customer care won’t allow us to login using a disabled account

You can send a reply ticket email to imvu . You don’t have to reply the ticket from website.

If u see the email in the atta u can see that IMVU is telling me to open the ticket n see the solution because that’s where they told it but I can’t see it as I can’t see the ticket due to me submittting the ticket n putting my disabled account email as the contact email
Hey, i know that the problem is that I put my disabled accounts email id in the area where we are supposed to put an email we can login n review the tickets so I can see that IMVU is replying to my ticket but I can’t open my ticket and see the solution cause I have to login to do that
You can reply imvu same email that they response to you.

You don’t hate to log in . You can just reply to email them back . They will get your reply .

Yes but the email I wrote in as contact email was also the same email which got disabled in vu so I can’t login n see the ticket n if ur saying i should email them bac in gmail well I did but I haven’t gottten ant response

Because you never made Alt account .
You can reply imvu same email that they response to you.
