Hi I’ve been importing a FBX file but I can’t figure out how to get the object into Avis hand.

I am using studio, I have already tried to move it to right and left hand but when I do so it’s loading on wrists.

When originally imported it loads on the floor.

Is there anything I can do that I am missing to have fix the issue

Hi @WynterSno, The pivot should be at 0,0,0 world space and the bag mesh position adjusted accordingly. The mesh should also be skinned or parented to a "root" node. Both the mesh and the root node should have position and rotation of 0,0,0. If this is not the case you will need to reset/freeze their transforms.

Hi @WynterSno, Are you using 3ds Max or Blender? Are you using the IMVU Studio Toolkit for these 3d editors?
