Hi, when I try to buy credits, after filling the credit card info I get thank you for your purchase window... but then those credits never appear and my money is not taken. I checked my order history and it says that it is cancelled. So, my question is why? My card is valid and everything, I even tried on two of my cards and it still says the same: failed credit card validation, failed 3rd party processing and rejected after review by Customer Service.
