I want to clarify that my account was compromised on August 16, 2024, resulting in my inability to access it since that date. During the period of compromise, I received a ransom request to recover the account. Subsequently, I was surprised to find that the account had been permanently banned due to unauthorized activities conducted by the hacker, including the non-payment of the ransom.


Additionally, I discovered that the account had been listed for sale on various platforms, including IMVU. This clearly indicates that the hacker used the account for illegal personal gain.


I want to emphasize that I had no control over the account during the period of compromise, and I strongly condemn any activities that violate the terms of service or harm other users. Therefore, I kindly request that you review the login records and conduct a thorough investigation to confirm that I was not responsible for any violations during that time.


Furthermore, I would like to highlight that I have suffered significant financial losses due to the account's ban.
