I submitted a ticket concerning being disabled and it has now been 6 (SIX) days and the ticket has not been responded too. What the heck kind of support are we getting now from IMVU, now very good support that is for sure.

Hello, due to the holiday season, we're experiencing longer-than-expected delays in responses to support tickets.
