I'm having a very serious problem. My account is lock due to inactivity and I'm still able to log in with no problem. My main issue is that customer service is asking me for old billing information that was used to purchased my Access Pass way back in '09 that I do not even have saved into my account anymore. This is the only problem that is holding me back and its keeping me extremely frustrated. I have my account for 17 years now and this is horrible that I can't just simply verify through my phone number or email. I can't find my old billing information anywhere in my PC nor in my account and don't know what else to do. I'm screwed.

Hello, only way to tell imvu your credit card full name if that helps and tell them you do not remember it and it very old it not being use anymore.
