In case anyone is interested or does not  know,  When a site fails to respond to the consumers complaints, invades ones privacy or commits any fraudulent acts against the consumer, Off site help is available. The Federal Trade Commission Regulates  online games and will take reports/complaints about the sites. The more reports they get the better and faster the action. Remember they gave a multi million dollar fine to Facebook for invasion of privacy.  I can't recall the exact number but think it was in the neighborhood of 300 million. Complaining to  the BBB, AG, or consumer protection agencies does nothing. In most cases if a company does not respond to their inquiry they close the complaint. Therefore the company keeps right on doing  their thing without repercussions.  If you want action you  tell the FTC the problem. When a bunch of strangers are  all saying the same thing. They pay attention and take action.
