Hello, I bought AP and Age Verification a very long time ago as a bundle package. On IMVU Next/Mobile/Client/Beta app my age verification doesn't show up at all. It only shows up on the old classic IMVU website. And on subscriptions on IMVU Next, it says my age verification is 'active' but does not show up. How do I get it to work? Also I did some research, it says I have to either submit my ID or Passport but both of my ID and Passport are in Arabic. Do I have to translate either one of them? Does it matter if both are expired as well?
Once they ask you for ID or passport you submit it but make sure it not expired. You may have to translate language since it is only English . I think support will talk to your main language
