Hello, I’m trying to access my old IMVU account. When I attempt to log in, it shows as if the account doesn’t exist. However, when I try to reset the password, it indicates an email was sent to my old address. Unfortunately, this email is no longer accessible as the provider (Terra) has discontinued its service. I did not change the password, so I suspect my account might have been disabled. Could you help me restore access to the account or provide an alternative solution? Thank you very much!
