1. You really need to update your Chat Flagging tool to include Harassment and Stalking as the reasons for flagging. There are situations where someone continuously comes in rooms you go to with fake accounts stalking and harassing even though they don't necessarily say anything.
2. Your customer service should be able to pass your complaint about harassment and stalking to the appropriate department for review and handle the complaint even if you 'Didn;t Flag' if you are providing them with appropriate screenshots of the situation, OR ,
3. You should have a direct department that someone can open a ticket with specifically for the purpose of stalking/harassment instead of having your customer service reps telling ppl the same ole which diminishes the purpose of the terms of service since nothing is ever done to address these situations.
4. When you block someone, that person should not be able to see your feed, card, or anything about you from ANY platform at any time, NOT from NEXT, NOT from Desktop, NOT from Classic Client, and NOT from Mobile, end of story.
5. FYI... if you didnt know this keep in mind that when you delete someone from your friend list even if you are set to Friends Only... they can still message you from the Emoji feature IF you have NOT BLOCKED THEM.
Bottom line here is that most of your system is not full proof and has a lot of loopholes that allows the wrong people to make life on this platform unpleasant for the rest of us. SO if you really are concerned about our safety and enjoyment while we spend money on this platform, then please take the necessary actions to address each of these ASAP.

Lmao it's a YOU PROBLEM since y'all gave out the API now all these Third Party Sites are popping up stalking the community if a relationship doesn't workout the other person stalks TF outta your account but y'all seriously need help IMVU

It's truly sad that this have been going on for years and the blocking system have not improved. I know a lot of people that completely quit imvu because of it. If imvu "cares" about us that much then why is it so hard to do what we ask for, I'm 100% sure the blocking system on other games/platforms is not as horrible and as useless as imvu own
