What is the daily limit? Does it affect everyone or just people I'm not friends with? Do I need VIP to get out of limit?

This is so ridiculous, I have never gotten this message before saying: You've hit your daily limit back for new conversations. Please take a break and try again later, or continue messaging accounts on your friend's list. I agree with the first post, as a creator on IMVU I need to be able to communicate with a customer requesting a product as I need to get details or explain in detail. I had a request yesterday, I had only sent the customer 1, yes one message and I received that message when I tried to respond with the information I needed to create the product requested. How can you say after only one message that I reached my limit. I have received back to back messages from people trying to cause drama and kept getting them or just random people trying to talk to me, so how is it that when I was explaining what I needed to complete the request I was given this message after only one message sent by me. I don't have a problem adding customers as friends but I shouldnt have to just so I can communicate with them. IMVU you need to limit the ones causing trouble not legit messages from someone who is not trying to cause trouble. Do better better please, I have been on IMVU for 16, going on 17, years and I have never had to deal with anything like this.

A daily message limit is not a good idea for a messenger app. We need to communicate with our customers, sometimes in long full detail. IMVU is going to force us to use other means of social media to connect with our clients in order to get detailed descriptions on outfits/items they want created. We do not all have access to other social media outlets, and some of us simply do not want to use them. While trying to accommodate for safety purposes IMVU is creating a bad experience for creators and their supporters/customers/clients. It is not cohesive for everyone as we are not all affected by safety issues. It limits our ability to communicate on a social app, A social app directed towards being social. We all do not have the time to go into user rooms to speak to each other. This feature should be removed or reconsidered/revamped to fit a cohesiveness throughout the community. Something has to change.
