Hello again , if you got selected to become ap+ from getting email and inbox message from imvu . They would of invite you to discord ap+ channel

Hello IMVU Support Team,

I have already paid for my Age Verification, but it shows as “Failed” and I can’t try again.

Now I have my updated documents, and I would like to request that the system be unlocked so I can redo the verification properly.

Could you please remove the failure status and allow me to try again?
